Its best-known title Emergency has ten standalone entries, including recent free-to-play mobile title Emergency HQ and the PC Complete Emergency collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ralph Stock, CEO of Promotion and Sixteen Tons says in a statement the decision to join up with Phoenix was \u201cnot a question of money\u201d and instead \u201ca question of trust.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO of Phoenix Games Klaas Kersting notes from his part that Ralph Stock achievements with the companies he\u2019s led for over 25 years  is a testament to each studio\u2019s ability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>&#8220;Anyone in the games industry, particularly those in Germany, should be familiar with (founder) Ralph Stock&#8217;s incredible track record.
