The Zagreb-based Nanobit was founded in 2008 by Alan Sumina and Zoran Vu\u010dini\u0107, both of whom will remain with the company through the acquisition as members of management, along with “other key employees.” The studio boasts a library of 29 total games and apps with 145 million lifetime downloads and the new deal allows the company to expand it’s narrative and lifestyle RPG repertoire with titles such as Tabou Stories, My Story, and Hollywood Story, while strengthening other genres where it already has an established presence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sale is expected to close on September 30 and it comes as part of an ongoing series of acquisitions by Stillfront, including Candywriter and Storm8 earlier this year, Kixeye in 2019, Imperia Online in 2018, and eRepublik Labs and GoodGame in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\nStillfront Group AB, through its subsidiaries, creates, publishes, and distributes digital games in Germany, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East and North Africa region.
