We believe that making games should be as frictionless and as fun as playing games.&#8221; <\/p><cite>Tony Zander, Area28 CEO <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Cindy Chow, executive director of Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, the technology will add &#8220;significant value to the game development process.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investment led by Vectr Ventures and Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, as well as APES Ventures, Bright Success Capital, and Ironfire Ventures, will help grow the teams in Hong Kong and China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Area28&#8217;s Content Development Suite (CDS) is &#8216;the first and only cloud-based game engine&#8217; that combines service-oriented architecture with a high performance runtime engine.
