According to the deal, the Umea, Sweden-based publisher, will acquire 100% of all the shares in Merge games. Zordix, in an announcement, said the acquisition will enhance the company’s ‘publishing capacity’ and provide a new frontier to accelerate its growth prospects through partnerships with other companies.
Both the CEO and founder of Zordix Matti Larsson and MD and founder of Merge Games released separate statements regarding the acquisition.

The fact that they are driven by the same enthusiasm as the other entrepreneurs in the group to build a profitable and expanded business together is absolutely fantastic.
