Focus Home Interactive Announces Acquisition Of Partner Studio Douze Dixièmes

Leading French developer and publisher Focus Home Interactive, now Focus Entertainment announced it acquired its partner studio Douze Dixièmes for an unknown amount.

This acquisition once again demonstrates our ambition to create a strong Group, but also illustrates Focus’s desire to support the French video game scene, a major focus of our editorial strategy.”

This year has been eventful for Focus, as the company made several significant acquisitions such as Streets of Rage 4 publisher Dotemu for $45.5 million in August.

In April this year, Focus purchased Streum On Studio, the developer of Necromunda Warhammer shooter games. Focus also opened a new game development studio, Deck13 Interactive, in Montreal, Canada.
